We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and secure the Services. All document processing, queries, and AI outputs remain exclusively on Your device and are never transmitted to Us.
- Account & Billing Information
When You purchase the Pro Plan, We collect Your email address and billing details. These are processed securely by Stripe (our third-party payment processor) and are not stored on Our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to this data: https://stripe.com/privacy. - Technical & Usage Data
To validate Your Pro Plan and prevent abuse, We collect:- A hashed hardware identifier (derived from MAC address + CPU info);
- License activation and validation timestamps;
- IP address (at time of activation and periodic checks);
- Basic telemetry: Pro Plan status, key validity checks, and error logs (no content).
- Documents, Queries & AI Outputs
None. All processing occurs locally on Your device. We do not receive, access, store, or transmit any documents, prompts, or generated responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely for the following purposes:
- Issuing, validating, and delivering Your license key;
- Preventing fraud, piracy, and unauthorized use of the Pro Plan;
- Sending transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmation, plan management links, alerts);
- Complying with legal, tax, and financial reporting obligations.
We do not use Your data for marketing, analytics, or AI training.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share Your personal information with third parties except:
- Stripe: For payment processing only (see their privacy policy above).
- Service Providers: Limited to trusted vendors who assist with infrastructure, security monitoring, or legal compliance—and only under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or court order.
4. Your Documents & Local Processing
The Software is designed for complete on-device privacy. All AI models, document parsing, query handling, and response generation occur locally. No data leaves Your machine unless You explicitly choose to export it. We have no technical capability to access Your content.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- Active Pro Plan Data: Retained for the duration of Your paid term + 1 year (for support and re-activation).
- Payment Records: 7 years (required for tax and auditing compliance).
- Security & Audit Logs: 2 years (for fraud detection and system integrity).
- Deleted Accounts: All non-required data is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation or termination.
6. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard safeguards:
- End-to-end HTTPS encryption for all communications;
- Encrypted-at-rest databases and backups;
- Access controls: multi-factor authentication, least-privilege roles;
- Regular penetration testing and security audits;
- Incident response and data breach notification protocols.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
